“Can Eva pull this off?” Patrick asked.

“She can.” Zoe watched Eva walk out of the room and concentrated on her very shapely behind in the tight pants. Oh, I'm not going to have a lot of problems taking those off her tonight. Zoe felt herself getting a little warm.

“You're drooling,” Patrick whispered in her ear.

Zoe snapped out of her Eva haze and looked up into Patrick’s very amused face. She quickly looked away, embarrassed at being caught mentally undressing Eva. She adjusted her toga to do something other than look at Patrick.

“It's alright. I do the same thing.”

“You do? With Eva?”

Pat stopped and then laughed. “No, no, no. Not Eva, although she does look gorgeous. My attention is on the other E.”

“Oh,” Zoe replied, feeling a little silly. “Mine looks better in leather.”

Pat grinned. “Mine looks better without it.”

Zoe stopped and gaped at Patrick, who laughed. She opened her mouth and then shut it. “Uh...”

“I’m going to guess that hardly ever happens to you.”

“What?”

“Being speechless,” Patrick teased as he escorted Zoe out of the house.

Zoe stopped at she caught sight of Eva sitting astride Earl’s motorcycle. “Oh, dear god in heaven, I’m going to go up in flames where I stand,” she muttered in Greek.

To her delight, Eva turned, lowered her glasses, and winked at Zoe before blowing her a kiss.

Zoe sighed as the motorcycle roared off down the street. “Patrick?”

“Yes?”

“Let’s get this over and done with because I have better things to do tonight.”

Patrick opened the car door for Zoe and shut it. He was still laughing as he got behind the wheel for the short journey to the party.
